The purpose of this study is to generate a methodological structure for the systematization of experiences as a mechanism for strengthening educational management at Gonzaga School. It begins with a reflection on what the institution does in terms of systematization of experience. In this sense, the need to organize the academic processes that take place outside the classroom was justified. It was evident that the institution only makes an initial record of activities and leaves aside its monitoring and evaluation. It took as a case the activities carried out by the institution in the three academic periods, called Magis Moments, where teachers and students make presentations of their work, through different strategies. The research started from a bibliographic review and was based on the theoretical concepts of the sociologist and researcher Jara (2018), who establishes a methodology of action to systematize in five stages: 1) the first step or starting point; 2) Plan the procedures to follow for systematization; 3) rescue the process experienced; 4) reflect in depth on what has been done and 5) establish the arrival points and what the knowledge acquired is. The proposal made a consideration of this methodology and was adjusted according to the needs of the institution. It is framed in the aspects linked to the qualitative approach, because it is based on the researcher's own reflections and experiences.
