Teaching editorial management: the new task for editorial professionalization

Abstract

Many things have changed in recent years. I had already been speaking in other publishers about a few changes that the publishing world is facing. One of them is to realize that the publishing career urgently needs professionalization, which for many years had been developed empirically, but that requires more formality in terms of understanding the processes that are carried out within it based on to achieve better journals, and therefore, better science.
