Abstract

The book is intended for those who want to better understand the challenges facing family businesses and the practices that can be used to overcome them. The target audience includes students and family business management professionals. The text is made up of nine separate sections that focus on particularly common and relevant topics such as governance or succession. As a result, the book reads more like an anthology than a textbook.
