Abstract
The study was oriented towards determining the need for professional labour union formation for representatives of the professional and non-professional workers in collective bargaining. The principal results were the following: the difference between professional and trade union training is important since it promotes the formation and training of their members for their role in collective bar gaining, and on the other hand professional training is important as a tool that permits better employment quality, among other benefits, and that professional labour training influences in the collective labour negotiations of each participant.
