Abstract
The most utilized analysis instrument to determine strategic implications for the improvement of value chain activities is the value chain, which identifies client value, and is a reliable competitive advantage source. Strategic Thought under the perspective of the Morrisey Focus (1985) is intuitive and is very close to an art, and has to do with the strategic point of view in business. This permits us to conclude that superior performance will be achieved through the chain of value, a practice that from the competitive point of view contains a fundamental strategic character.Downloads
