The technological management of companies in the plastic manufacturing sector in the state of Zulia
Abstract
The objective of this research was to characterize the Technological Management of Companies in the Plastic Manufacturing Sector in the State of Zulia. The methodology used was descriptive, non-experimental transectional design with a field modality. The type of instrument was a structured questionnaire and the direct observation technique. The questionnaire was applied to 22 managers belonging to companies in the plastics sector in the State of Zulia. The results show that the technological management of the companies studied has emphasized more on learning and innovation processes, and less on those related to adaptation and commercialization.
