Abstract

Starting from Carlyle's phrase, which despite the time that has passed retains much of its validity, it is an honor for me to express on behalf of seventeen colleagues, authors of nine study texts, in the fields of administration, economic theory, curriculum, cognitive and linguistic skills, information, TV production, differential equations and algorithm, programming and payroll administration, a few brief closing words, in this event in which they are presented to the university community of Zulia , the textbooks published by the Rafael Belloso Chacìn University, within the framework of this International University Book Fair
