Abstract

The year 2003 marks the first five years of circulation of TELOS. It began to be published in 1999 semiannually and from 2001 onwards, quarterly. It maintains exchange with Mexican, Brazilian, Italian and Spanish magazines, in addition to the multiple magazines of Venezuelan universities. In its fifth year of circulation, TELOS aspires to be registered in new international indices, expand its links with other institutions through exchange and consolidate the quality of its arbitration
