Abstract

We close this last issue of TELOS for the year 2002 in the midst of an uncertain political environment in Venezuela that disturbs all spheres of national affairs. The academic world and scientific production do not escape this. We hasten to leave this installment ready for the press and wait for the new year to open broader horizons for political perspectives.
