Abstract

Culture and Organizations is an internationally known book, translated into more than twelve languages. Through reading it, it helps the reader understand the importance of cultural factors in people's behavior, which translates into a higher level of understanding of a time in which there is more and more talk about the global nature of markets. In a scientific and communicative way, the author helps to overcome the obstacles derived from cultural barriers.
