Theoretically, it was supported by: Sánchez et al. (2021), López and López (2019), Hernández (2021), among others. Methodologically, it was supported by positivism, quantitative approach, descriptive type, field design, non-experimental, transectional. The population was principals, coordinators (24), teachers (116). The collection techniques are the survey and a questionnaire-type instrument of (9) items, constructed with a Likert-type scale of five (5) response alternatives, with positive statements, in a closed form. The validation was content through the judgment of seven (7) experts. Reliability was carried out through the Cronbach's Alpha technique with a pilot test in three (3) educational institutions in the Municipality of San Diego, the coefficients were: directors rtt = 0.956, and teachers rtt = 0.940, both presented a magnitude “Very “High”. The analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential statistics; Parametric Student's t test for comparison of groups. On the one hand, it was found that both managers and teachers carry out their efforts with an average tendency, which does not make it possible to maximize the quality of learning; on the other hand, the hypothesis test indicated in almost all the dimensions analyzed in both subjects that show efficient. It is concluded that management management, as well as the quality of learning, are highly complex processes, where the leadership of rectors, coordinators, and teachers converge, focused on commitment and responsibility towards quality.
