A self-administered questionnaire with a Likert-type scale was used to collect the information. The results showed that mid-level managers have well identified their emotions and feelings, they also have an excellent perception of the organizational climate, however there are certain factors of Emotional Intelligence that directly affect the Organizational Climate, such as motivation. and social skills, which are not at optimal levels of performance, directly affecting the levels of responsibility and conflict management, thus allowing us to reference that there is a very high influence of the factors of Emotional Intelligence on the Organizational Climate.
