Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction levels of companies that use electronic commerce as a sales channel in the State of Zulia. The population was made up of 8 companies with e-commerce sites on the web, located in the State of Zulia. The results showed that the growth of this new form of marketing in Zulia companies is very slow; The factors that influence the selection of the C.E. were: global competition, covering new market niches, geographic dispersion of the market, technological changes...; expectations about the C.E. were to improve the database, increase the geographical area of ​​influence, make the company better known and have good acceptance; The perceptions about the C.E were: an improvement in market share, competitive advantages, operational logistics, the balance between supply and demand...; The companies had a satisfaction level of 70% out of a maximum satisfaction of 100%.
