Abstract

Venezuelan agroindustrial management was basic in efficiency and development. When the 21st century arrives, decisions are made based on technological advances. The “Green Revolution” is born, seeking to solve problems, ecologically and balanced. Venezuela's incorporation into MERCOSUR motivates research into the experiences of member countries. A highlight is access to technologies with features of reintegration into globalized economies, under techno-productive changes. This limits primary production and industrial stages. In three aspects: technologies, packages, and diffusion nodes, changes occur, forming new productive schemes, which are interesting to understand under the aspects: agroindustry, trade, technological offer, process technologies and diffusion mechanisms.
