Abstract

The present research studied the legality or illegality of Civil Disobedience in Venezuela Taxation hermeneutically referred. Article 350 of the constitution, recognizes the right of the people to disregard any system, authority or legislation when it infringes the democratic principles and guarantees, or detriments human rights. The main object being to analyze the legality or illegality of civil Taxation disobedience. It is a judicial documentary. It is, moreover, a descriptive research. The research desing was of the bibliographic type. The method used was that sociological and judicial hermeneutics. It was concluded that civil Taxation disobedience is legal in conformity with article 350.
