Project for Generalization of Equipment Maintenance Manuals in an International Data Collection System

Abstract

The objective of this research is to propose the use of a data collection system for all the machinery that is made in manufacturing companies to contain all the necessary information for the breakdown of each part of the product, with we can include that the products are of any non-organic type that requires the use of engineering for its development. Why? To make the different preventive maintenance manuals every industrial engineer must go to the operators of the machine or the manufacturer of the product which generates significant delays for any company since the elaboration of the manuals must contain very precise information with methodologies to follow second Duffuaa, Raouf and Dixon (2007), Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2003) and García, O. (2012) that tell us that the preventive and routine maintenance must be elaborated following certain steps that if you do not have the information generates significant delays for any company. Why? It is important to know that the data collection of all products is the most valuable thing and having a support that has all the breakdowns of all products is an indispensable resource for any engineer who wants to be in the mention of industrial maintenance.
