Gender Equality Public Policies for Social Peace: In a context of freedom manifestation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence of Public Policies of Gender Equality for Social Peace in a context of manifestation of freedom, whose action in society for human beings, the power of the State directed towards these policies is decisive. The study carried out is of a documentary type, according to Baena (2017) a technique consisting of the selection and collection of information is applied, through the reading and criticism of documents, it has a bibliographic design, since secondary data is taken and the Source is primary, according to Arias (2012). It is based on philosophical theories of Aristotle in his Political vision, for a management of the polis of well-being, it highlights the value of free choice and also refers to the necessary will and unbreakable strength to exercise it; Rousseau with the Social Contract highlights: man within his freedom can fend for himself and he calls this independence, necessary for positivity within a society. Added to Benavente and Valdés (2014) through Public Policies for Gender Equality and Salazar (2018) Public Policies, among others. The results obtained from this analysis make clear the existence of Public Policies for Gender Equality in Venezuela, based on the current regulatory framework, however, despite being expressed in laws, it is necessary to further socialize its content, fully open the doors to healthy coexistence and a culture of peace with greater access to the value of rights, whose route is imperative to follow the Sustainable Development Goals 2020-2030 and consider the recent actions contemplated in the document: Venezuela Gender Equality Strategy 2024-2026.
