Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the application of Neuromanagement in Human Talent Management, in order to examine how this discipline can be used to optimize performance, motivation, and employee development. This involves aligning the human brain with organizational goals, seeking greater efficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and the creation of more productive and innovative work environments through an understanding of how the brain functions. According to Méndez and Piña (2022), Neuromanagement arises from the practical application of the study of the brain's neurological behavior to the achievement of fundamental human objectives and its application to business management. In this sense, it offers a unique, novel, and particularly pragmatic interpretation. To this end, we will compare the evolution and definitions of Neuromanagement and its applications in Human Talent Management. The methodology employed is descriptive documentary research using bibliographic hermeneutics, which involves interpreting different conceptualizations and applications. To this end, some important aspects will be highlighted. The methodology is qualitative, employing triangulation in bibliographic hermeneutics as a fundamental part of the procedure for applying Neuromanagement to human talent management. The results yielded nine (9) techniques for using Neuromanagement in human talent management that contribute to its success.
