INFLUENCE OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR IN PUBLIC COMPANIES

Abstract

In different countries, public sectors have been subjugated by unethical leaders who use 
their personal benefits to allocate resources. Similarly, the behaviour of public sector 
leaders, whose behaviour is unethical, has a detrimental impact. Demonstrating that the
lack of ethical leadership increases mismanagement in the government. This article aims 
to do a theoretical review and analyse the Influence of ethical leadership and organizational 
behaviour in public companies. Meanwhile, qualitative and documentary methodology was 
selected to carry out this research study, based on the literature review of (Chiavenato, 
2019), Guevara et al. (2022), Paredes, M. (2021), Esguerra, G. A. (2022), among others. 
Each of these authors has made relevant contributions that allow us to analyse the 
importance of ethical leadership in Organizational Behaviour in Public Companies. 
Therefore, reaching to strengthen the reputation of the organization and build solid 
relationships with citizens, inspiring trust and credibility.
