FINANCIAL EFFECTS ON THE BUDGET MANAGEMENT OF COMPANIES IMPORTING TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTS

The purpose of this research is to determine the financial effects of budget management in companies that import technological products located in Colombia, with the budget being a tool that organizations in general have to organize themselves, which is used to control these entities. The aforementioned study is based on the bibliographic documentary design, because it arises from the collection of information through written or digital documents, being analyzed according to the researcher's understanding and his logic. As part of the reflections, it is found that the financial effects are: month-by-month budget monitoring, cost control, monitoring of profitability projections, market analysis, determining projection times, preparing an income statement, knowing the sales history, performs the general balance and determination of adjustment in any budget item; which offers prospective management tools. In this way, budget management represents the execution of transactions carried out over a time horizon, being the form participatory and shared by the entire organization, with the purpose of making assertive decisions, based on the achievement of objectives.
